Some examples of recent packaging design

We have been commissioned to design packaging for various clients over the years. Recently we had the challenge of desiging packaging for a beauty product range & pet food company which both were great fun to work on. Each had their own unique brand values with selected target audiences & fragrances.

For the beauty range packaging we had to create a simple design that worked with the existing branding. Using a magenta colour with white reverse out content the final pieces stand out very strongly and also benefit from using only one colour for large packaging runs. We also used white gloss vinyl labels for short runs and preproduction testing. The final results looked really clean & when presented on shelves stood out really strongly to competitive products. The branding also carried through to bespoke shelving that was edge wrapped in magenta vinyl to create a really stunning point of sale.

The new dog food brand has a great new image which works across the range and uses different colours to differentiate the flavours. It was also important to look out how the sacks of food would work with them tipped on their side or pushed tight into a shelf to ensure the branding and words still stand out against the competition.  Image was certainly everything with this design & the dogs nose was carefully designed to create the feel good element to this ethically created product.
